Primary Care at Pagosa Springs Medical Center is designed to take care of your entire family. PSMC’s family practitioners deliver a range of acute, chronic and preventive medical care services. Primary Care is open Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5pm, and we offer same day appointments for acute care and accept walk-ins Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm. PSMC wants our patients to live a healthy and active life, so in addition to diagnosing and treating illness, we provide recommended preventative care, checkups, immunization so you can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
At PSMC, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHP+, Veterans Choice, commercial insurance, and we offer a sliding fee scale for under-insured and non-insured patients. To qualify for the sliding fee services, you will complete a brief application, along with income documentation, and a statement of the number of people residing in your home.
