This month’s PSMC radio show at KWUF featured Tamra Lavengood, RN, Director of Clinic Operations. The topic of discussion focused on suicide awareness, leading into September’s National Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month. Topics included the Zero Suicide Initiative and how the PSMC primary care clinic is working together to screen and help those at risk for suicide, including PSMC’s Integrated Behavioral Health specialist, as well as Emergency Department assistance as needed.
