Part-time QI/RM/Compliance/Safety Assistant.  This person provides administrative support to the QI/RM/Compliance/Safety Officer. Technology Navigator - This is a full time temporary position (1 year). Primary job duty is to manage the development, implementation and evaluation of the Clinic Technology Enhancement Project funded by a grant from the Colorado Health Foundation. Duties of the position include: Project management; learning and training clinic providers and patients on how to use the new online wellness and patient portals as part of our new electronic health record system; interfacing with patients and teaching them the benefits of the portals and how they can help patients engage in their own healthcare; referral specialist to providers in the community ensuring two-way communications about patients through our electronic health record system; and manage 3rd party evaluator and process. Project management experience preferred. Knowledge/experience using an electronic health record, strong public speaking experience and verbal and written communications are required. This position reports to the Primary Care Clinic Manager. Facilities Manager The Facility manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and non-biomedical equipment (e.g. boilers, autoclaves) within the facility; and does related or other work as required.  Responsible for the operational maintenance of the facility and non-biomedical equipment maintenance.   Ensures that construction, maintenance, and repair needs of the facility's buildings, grounds, and non-biomedical equipment are met.  This person will also manage the Housekeeping Department.  Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years experience in plant operations and plant maintenance in a large commercial, industrial building or building complex, 2 years of which should be at least at the level of an assistant facilities manager. Experience with Facilities Safety preferred - will be responsible for the Life Safety Plan, MDSS management and Emergency Operations Plan. A bachelor's degree in health promotion and/or accreditation within the field of Health/Wellness, education, nursing, athletic training, nutrition, other health related field or counseling preferred. Knowledge of smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, stress reduction, and chronic conditions helpful. Pharmacy Manager will oversee the procurement, receipt, storage, manipulation, delivery, and use of medications and will provide leadership and develop and manage the medication use process. Must have a minimum BS in Pharmacy and active licensure from the Colorado State Board of Pharmacy. Surgical Tech:   Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures.  Assures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure.  Monitors PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities. Successful completion of an approved surgical technician program.  Current certification with the state of Colorado.  Current BLS certification.  Must have 1st assist experience.
